Rohilla Wreckage Two

The rock scar at Saltwick Nab, Whitby was the sad place upon which the Rohilla, was lost during foul weather in 1914. I ventured down to the rock scar during a Vernal equinox in March in search of what might be visible above the water. Sadly there remains little of the wrecked hospital above the water ship today as my second selection of photographs.

These photographs reflect images from the Rohilla's double bottom, although far more remains completely submerged, if you have not initially come across my first selection of photographs they can accessed using the following link.
